All cops are complicit in systems of abuse, terror, and destruction. Not a single one is immune from this treason against humanity. There’s a complicated trauma behind all of my anti-cop iconography and work that I’m struggling to find the words to express still. Thru the meditation of my slow and methodical style of painting, I can release some of the stress of trauma while searching for those words.
