Mars Xena Is a trans non-binary AuDHD Polymath, who has been creating and designing professionally for over 18 years.
Following a lifetime of interest, Mars’s tattooing journey officially began in 2022, under the guidance of Olivia Britz (Mortal Emblem, PDX). Skilled in black and grey, Mars enjoys tattooing both fineline and traditional work, giving both their own special (shiny) twist.
They specialize in dynamic pieces featuring chains, barbed wire, gems, cherubs, roses, eyes and dice, as well as script and gothic lettering. While black and grey may be their preference, they do also LIVE for a UV red moment.
A lifelong artist, Mars’s expansive practice reaches beyond visual arts to also include textile design (specializing in high end leather fetishwear and lingerie), photography, construction, sign painting + gold gilding, mixed media painting & illustration, in addition to being a trained chef, graphic designer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.
